About the job

We are looking for an experienced Tester (QA/QC) to join our Spartan Team. Who is passionate about building, testing, and working closely with various stakeholders to deliver top-notch software. You will be able to solve challenging problems, work with the latest tech stack, and work with talented engineers to contribute meaningfully.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the QC team to perform testing based on customer requirements.
• Analyze and review product requirements to ensure test coverage.
• Design and create comprehensive test plans and test cases aligned with business requirements.
• Execute test cases to verify the quality and functionality of systems.
• Conduct various types of testing, including API testing and functional testing.
• Identify issues and recurring patterns to improve system quality.
• Make recommendations for enhancing applications based on testing results.
• Generate well-structured test plans and associated test cases.
• Report and manage defects effectively.

Qualifications

• At least 3 year of experience in software testing.
• Good communication skills in English, fluency and confidence in communication.
• Experience in software testing with a strong quality assurance (QA) mindset.
• Proficiency in testing software across different browsers and devices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the ability to work in an Agile team.
• Strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the testing process.
• Basic knowledge of MySQL relational databases.
• Experience with testing platforms and tools, such as Jira and Postman.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proactive and forward-thinking in your approach to work.
• Experience in business analysis and scrum master role is a plus.
