About the job

Spartan is a software development startup with world-class engineers focusing on technology. We seek an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing campaigns and expand our product and service presence in international markets (US, EU, Canada, etc.). You will collaborate closely with the Business Development and Product teams to develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to attract customers and enhance the company's branding. Responsibilities
  • Own the marketing strategy and execution, including but not limited to seeking new clients, content/SEO, SEM, brand identity, and community building.
  • Sales enablement will be a large part of what you do – Partner with Product Management to communicate the Product's value proposition to the sales team. Develop the sales tools and training that support the selling process of the Product.
  • Conduct market research, benchmarking, and consumer studies.
  • Be responsible for the product marketing strategy with a multi-channel timeline and marketing content plan in collaboration with internal & external teams.
  • Craft strong product messages and strategies uniquely suited for our channels based on a deep understanding of the market and competitive landscape.
  • Work with the product and sales to improve the user experience and marketing metrics.
What we'll love about you
  • 5+ years of global experience in technical product marketing or product management in enterprise software (US/EU/Canada market..).
  • 1+ years managing marketing teams in Software companies.
  • Experience generating massive leads for new software products.
  • Intimate and hands-on knowledge of marketing tools.
  • Product-led growth knowledge & growth hacking mindset.
  • Proven ability to effectively articulate and showcase technology for different use cases and to different types of audiences.
  • Self-starter with excellent project management skills who truly enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative software company.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • BSc/BA in IT, Marketing, Communications, or a similar field.
